Change of Mind Returns
We know you will love our products, but for any reason you are unhappy or change your mind about our products, you can return them to us within 14 days from date of purchase. The products must be in their original re-saleable condition with tags on and in their original packaging. Products must not have been washed or used.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange for an exchange or credit note. Please include your invoice number and product description in the email together with the reason for return.
Mama + Pop will not be liable for any lost or damaged items being returned. Please note that all returns will need to be shipped and handled at your own expense.
We do not refund, exchange or issue credit notes on sale items.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your product is deemed to be faulty or damaged, please contact us at email@example.com within 14 days of receipt and we will gladly accept your return. In the first instance, we will replace your product with a new one or offer you a refund if a replacement is unavailable. We will also gladly exchange with another product of your choice that is of equal value.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns (including faulty or damaged products) after 14 days of receipt.
